Tiburon Heritage & Arts commission will sponsor an artist’s reception for the Marin Watercolor Society February 4,  6-8 p.m. in the Community Room of the Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard.  The show is entitled “Spring Torrents” and will features works by several members of the Society including local artists Eloise Rauscher and Karen Gann of Belvedere and Jeanne Scholtz of Strawberry.  This exhibit will be on display until March 26.
