Zimba is a blond fluffy Pomerian who was in front of the Boardwalk market in Belvedere sunday afternoon mar 29 and suddenly gone. It’s extremely important to get him back ASAP since he has a condition that makes him prone to seizures & requires medication. If you’ve seen him or know anything about this, pls call Brenda 415-435-9508 or email paradisointeriors@att.net ASAP. If uncomfortable with calling or emailing, pls drop Zimba off at the Marin Humane Society, 171 Bel Marin Keys Blvd in Novato. Thanks for any help you can give.

Beginning on Monday, March 30, 2009, Town Hall visitors will be treated to the dreamy watercolors, vibrant flowers in oils, and amazing portraiture of Strawberry artist Hilda Kidder. Hilda comes to us by an interesting and circuitous route that began in Yorkshire, England, took her to Vienna Academy of Fine Arts, back to England and then to San Francisco. Hilda is known for her fine portraits and the atmosphere and feeling she conveys in all her work. Her show entitled “Color Medley: Portraits, Flowers, Scenes of San Francisco and Marin County” will be on display in the upstairs, Community Room gallery of Town Hall from Monday, March 30, 2009 through Thursday, May 28, 2009.
The Heritage & Arts Commission will sponsor an artist’s reception on April 1 from 6-8 p.m. in the Community Room, upstairs in the Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Bl. The public is welcome.

TibTV’s favorite movie at the 2009 8th annual Tiburon International Film Festival, “South of the Moon”, won best score at the Golden Reel Awards. There were many movies with great cinematography, acting, etc., but for overall soundtrack, cinematography, acting, directing, and the most importantly, storytelling, South of the Moon was my choice (Robert James). I saw some great movies, but cared about the characters in “South of the Moon” the most. The next step in the U.S. for Montreal director Antonio Divideras and co-producer Rosina Bucci is to attend the Napa Sonoma Wine Country Film Festival sept 17-27, 2009.
