Passkeys are patent pending codes that you select and then distribute or share with people. By providing your Passkey to someone, you are giving him an advance acceptance—or “pre-approval”—to connect with you on Linksify.com and view your selected contact profile. Webcards are web pages where you can display selected elements of your contact profile. By distributing your Webcard—a unique web link (URL) with your Passkey embedded—to someone, you are granting him instant access to view one of your permitted contact profiles.

Imagine your contacts as a list of of unrecognizable Passkeys instead of famous names. Imagine your contacts stored and automatically synchrozied in your address books. Imagine more personal Webcard views only from an authorized Passkey and computer or phone.

VC-backed IPO

Posted by tibtv On August - 31 - 2009ADD COMMENTS

OpenTable (OPEN) is a real company and the first VC-backed IPO in three quarters and one of only a handful in nearly two years. OpenTable is also trading at its low because of pressure from the usual insider selling in a small float and will soon be the falling knife that is the rest of the recent VC-backed IPOs.

Half of the bankers are gone. Let’s see if the VCs adjust their model when half of them are gone.
