The former Tiburon estate of tennis pro Andre Agassi purchased by YouTube investor Stuart Peterson in 2006 is scheduled for demolition. The entire mansion and outlying buildings will be torn down and a lavish 15,000+ sq. ft. estate to be built in its place.

The f0rmer “Round Hill Estate” was built by Ron Cowan, founder of KJAZ. In 1996 Cowan sold it to John McCaw, Cingular One wireless founder. Agassi grabbed it up next after losing out to McCaw the first time.
