The NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter’s Annual Spring Seminar is one of the largest and longest running educational and networking events for investor relations professionals in Northern California, garnering the “Best Special Event” honor for 2009 from the National Investor Relations Institute, and the Chairman’s Award in the two prior years. This year’s seminar will emphasize the strategies required to “power forward” as public companies begin to recover from a challenging economic environment.
The opening highlight of the event will be a “Court Vision” of the global economy by Jon B. Fisher, serial entrepreneur, economics commentator and business professor, followed by a Dream Team panel of Silicon Valley C-level executives. A range of topics focused on investor relations and the financial community will be presented throughout the day, including shareholder communications and dark pool trading.
