3. There is a complimentary laundry facility on the premises.

An example of an ideal tenant would be a visiting nurse or other professional, a tourist, a student or any other individual with extremely gentle energy who not only values his or hers peace and privacy but that of others living on the premises.
This rental is for one person who desires a minimum stay of one month. In the past, 2 guests have successfully occupied the room but it’s a tight squeeze. An extra $20 a night applies to a second person.
