I’m looking for a web developer to build a fairly simple web-site for me. I’m in the process of finishing a book called FiftyTwo@52 which chronicles the 52 weeks of my 52nd year of life as I challenge my fear of heights, finally culminating in a skydiving weekend.

For most of those 52 weeks I did various activities like windsurfing, snow skiing, water skiing, martial arts, motorcycle and car racing and various other high adrenaline sports. I also hired videographers to film the events and I’ve done the editing myself in FCP. I’m looking for a web-developer to help build the web-site that will be used to help promote the book. I have a basic web page look and feel, layouts, and infrastructure already in place.
I work as a Chief Technology Officer for a private bank and I’m well versed in programming, project management and the process of developing a site so communication between us with regards to what is possible and how long it takes should not be an issue.

If you have experience with extreme sports and publishing, that would be an added plus. If you have Final Cut Pro, Flash also would be great.

Seeking an experienced events Coordinator for our 3 day long Charity event.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an events coordinator.
The Even will take place Sep 22nd – Sep 25th.
It involves 50 Ferraris driving from San Francisco – LA on Highway 1.

As the events Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure it all happens according to plan! You will be the main point of contact for coordinating the catering, accommodations, music, drivers, party etc…
You will be expected to travel to LA for 2 or three nights to manage things on that end in time for the arrival of the drivers.

This is a really fun gig for the right person with the right attitude. Its a short term gig, (From Sep 19th – 25th) if you do a great job, the opportunities are endless.
