This three story ocean view home has both character and comfort. It is an older historical home, with beautiful touches, and has been upgraded to modern standards of comfort. The study/bedroom downstairs has a fire place, large windows with beautiful tree views, sunny deck and hot tub.

The upstairs, which is the main area is a lovely living room/dining and kitchen with ocean views. The master’s bedroom is set back in a quiet private area. The bathroom is european style with toilet and bathroom in separate rooms. The floors are wooden and new, the heating system is also new and uses propane and it is efficient and effective.

The owners are renting it for a year at least or more, starting September or sooner. The home is furnished with new and comfortable furniture and we can provide dishes, linens, so it is a great home for someone moving to the area and needing a vacation type rental, but on a longer term basis. We are pet friendly owners. There is one private parking space, and a laundery, garage and some limited storage. There is also an optional office/bedroom downstairs with a bathroom, loft queen size bed and desk area (for an extra $300). That room would be perfect for an office, guest room or kid’s room.

We pay for water/garbage/satellite TV. You pay a portion of the utilities. There is a studio and offices on the ground floor and a yard which we will use a few days a week. They are very separate from the main house.

We are currently moving to a new home and will stage our home in Bolinas in a few weeks. I thought I could start putting the word out in case someone is looking now. Please tell us about yourself and your requirements and any questions you may have. Thank you.
