Once a month at Guaymas Restaurant we invite a representative from a different Tequila distillery to pour $10 tasting flights and share insights on agave spirits.
As a Loyal guest, we invite you to make priority reservations to join us for this tasting, served with traditional Mexican snack foods from our chefs.
Seating is limited. Reservations will be through “Open Table” under “Tequila Tasting”
Avion slowly roasts the agave in traditional brick ovens and uses a unique small batch distillation process. Set to the tequila AVION Master Distillers Specifications at the exact moment of time, which is referred to as “Moment of Elevation”.
