Announcing ‘Tiburon’s new upscale flea market!

Calling all vendors, artisans, peddlers, crofters and anyone with “stuff” to sell. ..

Every weekend starting May 2, the old Custom House space on the Boardwalk will become the White Elephant Market where you can rent space to sell your wares, art, merchandise, crafts, gently used goods, and, of course, white elephants. So do some spring cleaning-it’s instant cash.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Who: Belvedere-Tiburon Peninsula residents and artisans have priority
What: Household wares, hard goods, art to wear, arts and crafts
Where: Tiburon Boardwalk (indoor location)
When: Saturdays & Sundays: 8:30 – 3:00
Fee: $50.00 per weekend (flat rate)
Payment: Cash/Check – due by Sat. one week prior to event
Setup: Friday Evening from 5:00 – 8:00
Table: 8′L x 2.5′W – provided (if needed)
Space: 8′L x 6.5′W – approx. (16 indoor and 1 outside in front)
Lighting: Overhead and natural light
Electricity: Not available
Banned: Services, apparel, electronics, animals
Big Items: For oversized items, display pictures at your table of goods such as pianos, TV’s, furniture, etc. available at your home, office or car.
Parking: On day of event, park across the street at Tiburon Blvd. Parking Lot ($4 per day). Boardwalk parking will be reserved for customers.
BYOC: Bring your own chair(s), bags, newspaper (for wrapping items), pens, tags, receipts, change, etc. whatever you need to conduct business.
Pets: Only white elephants allowed
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, service dogs only, handicapped parking
Charity: Each weekend one table will be available free to a non-profit organization

APPLICATIONS/RESERVATIONS/CONTRACTS
For more information or to apply, send your name, address, phone #, a general description of your merchandise and specify weekend wanted to: white.elephant@comcast.net. Upon approval, a reservation # and payment address will be provided. Fee is due Saturday, 1 week prior to the event. Reservation will not be held without payment. A liability release contract must be signed on night of setup.
