Tiburon Thrift Shop co-Managers (2 part-time positions). Each co-manager works 6 hours a day/3 days a week. Sales benefit Landmarks and 4 other Tiburon non-profits. Job functions include marketing, merchandising, pricing and overseeing all operations. Gives work direction to volunteers including those from Landmarks. Must have strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi- task, and be computer savvy. Some light labor involved. The Belvedere-Tiburon Landmarks Society would like to announce that starting on Monday, May 23rd, the Tiburon Thrift Shop will feature another Half Price Week. Come on down and see what treasures you can find.
The Tiburon Thrift Shop is a great place for the community to recycle and purchase quality items at affordable prices. Be Eco Friendly and support the recycling of clothes, housewares, books and other gently used items. We rely entirely upon donations to stock our shelves. Whether you are furnishing your first apartment, or doing your annual spring-cleaning, the Tiburon Thrift Shop can help. All proceeds from the Thrift Shop benefit five local charities – one of them being the Belvedere-Tiburon Landmarks Society.

Docents have the opportunity to work on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at one of four historic spots plus the Landmarks Thrift Shop:

The biggest demand right now is the weekends. There is nothing more exciting than sharing history with visitors, kids, adults, and tourists – ALL of whom are there because they want to hear your history and the history of the place.
