Mechanic needed to fix 87 Porsche 911 Carrera (tiburon / belvedere)

I have a 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera with a 3.2 engine and I need someone to do some repairs.

A head stud is cracked. The head studs are the original crappy Dilavar studs, so I want to replace all of them with steel head studs. Also, the car needs a valve job since it is burning oil.

I will provide the parts, but not the tools. You would need to use your own tools. Please let me know how much you would charge in labor to do both a valve job and replace the head studs. If there is other work that is important to do while the engine is apart, let me know.
